The Projecco mobile app keeps your tasks, projects and timer with you. Here is how to sign in and what you will find in it.
Where to get it #
The Android app is coming to Google Play as Projecco: projects and tasks. An iPhone version is on the way.
Sign in #
- Tap Continue in browser. The Projecco website opens, where you sign in with your email or Google.
- Approve the device on the website. Meanwhile the app shows Your code and waits for approval.
- Once approved, the app signs you in on its own.
No account yet? Tap Create account. You sign up on the website and then return to the app.
What is in the app #
- Home: your projects, tasks Up next and what needs attention.
- My tasks: tasks assigned to you.
- Inbox: your notifications.
- Activity: what is happening in the workspace.
Show a project as a board or a list, and add, move and filter its tasks. A task has sub-tasks, comments and custom fields. Start time with Start timer or add it afterwards with Log time.
Switch workspace on Home also leads to your notes, your time, clients and deals. Clients and deals are view-only in the app; you can edit them on the web.
Notifications and appearance #
On Home, tap Account. Turn on Phone notifications to see new notifications on your phone. They are checked about every 15 minutes.
Under Theme choose light, dark or system. The app uses your phone’s language.
Signing out and deleting your account #
