In your account settings you change your profile, language and notifications. Here is also how to sign out and how to delete your account for good.
Account settings #
Click your picture and choose Settings. Under Account you find:
- Profile: your picture and name. The email you sign in with is shown here but can’t be changed.
- Preferences: language, theme and the first day of the week.
- Notifications: what we let you know about.
- Calendar: the connection to Google Calendar.
- Security: change your password, if you sign in with one.
Sign out #
Click your picture and choose Log out. This signs you out of this browser only.
Delete your account #
- In Settings → Profile, go to Danger zone and click Delete account.
- Type your email to confirm and click Delete account again.
If you signed in a while ago, Projecco asks you to sign out and back in first, for security. You can also delete your account in the mobile app under Account.
What gets deleted #
- Workspaces where you are the only member are deleted with everything in them.
- In other workspaces your tasks stay and become unassigned, and your comments are removed.
Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone.
When the account can’t be deleted #
- You are the only owner of a workspace with other members: hand ownership to another member or delete the workspace first.
- A workspace that would be deleted has an active subscription: cancel it first in Settings → Billing.
